I have some good news…

I have some bad news too.  Plenty more strength and skill will be coming your way in the month of May, which is the good news.  The bad news is that Reebok CrossFit Back Bay will be doing a baseline (remember those) this month.  The baseline, which we hope everyone can perform will be 20 minutes long and will test various facets of your fitness capacity.  The test will not favor those who are strong nor those who are just good at gymnastics.  This workout will also punish anyone at any level.  In fact, those who have excelled in CrossFit thus far will be those exposed to more of the enjoyment.  More will be announced in the coming weeks…
